Remedium Medical is a new venture in the healthcare space, with a new approach to providing healthcare at an affordable price. Our goal is to transform our healthcare system to old school medicine, where it is just you and your doctor making the decisions over your health.

With the subscription comes an opportunity to earn rebates on subscriptions paid if facility isn't used, in other words if you stay healthy your cost goes down over time. Once a year medical check ups without affecting subscription rebates. There will be no limits on healthcare provided as long as subscriptions are paid.

Mission
It is our goal and mission to establish a healthcare facility in the Darlington, SC area to serve approximately 200,000 in the close vicinity. This area is underserved in regards to comprehensive medical services within reasonable distances. The facility will be a 250-300 bed state of the art hospital capable of providing all kinds of medical treatments, long term and short term. The goal is to establish a reputation for world class medical services with top notch staffing. The initial estimated cost of this facility is $600 million, its a high but realistic price tag considering the goal and mission.
We are seeking initial contributors in this venture through the sales of utility crypto tokens, which will be a fundamental part of this operation.
* The initial round of sales will fund the the legal groundwork for establishing and securing a building site, permits and regulatory approvals. These tokens will be basic utility tokens under the Avalanche blockchain (C-Chain) with governance, this is to save money in the early stages of development. Once the facility is under construction, the basic utility tokens will be converted to a smart contract utility token under a dedicated subnet of Avalanche for enhanced operations and security. This new token will provide a better experience using them as they will be integrated smart contracts to the facilities eco system. The goal is to raise $2 - $10 million to cover legal fees, recruitment and development cost of the subnet.
* The second round will finance the construction of the facility, there are federal and state grants available but are not accounted for as a source of funding. Although this is a large amount of money this early in the development stage, but it is necessary to establish a solid financial foundation and limiting the risk of failure. The revenue model of this project provides for a consistent cash flow and the operational break even point is estimated at 50,000 subscribers. With this model of operation the federal government and the State of South Carolina could save up to 40% of their annual expenditures for Medicare and Medicaid. This is accomplished by cutting out a lot of administrative paper work and staffing, eliminating insurance claims and approvals. The mission is to provide every subscriber with the best health care without wait. Also, the goal is to operate without any debt which will also contribute to a leaner operational overhead. As subscription rates grows the goal is to establish more facilities in other areas to further expand the operation either by constructing new facilities or by acquiring existing ones and upgrade them to our high standards.
* Subscription rebates will be issued in the form of utility crypto currency as a percentage of subscription premium based on non use of facility. Rebates increases over time if the facility is not used, once services outside of the two annual free check ups are rendered the rebate halts. When service is rendered an accounting of services is accumulated in the patients service account, the cost of these services are calculated on a deep discount compared to going rates for services. The rebates resumes once the non use of the facility is established and with on going subscriptions being made, and the service account balance is zeroed out by applying future subscription rebates. A patient can also use previously earned tokens to pay off the balance if so chose, keep them or sell them for cash at an exchange.
* The discounted rate of service for non subscribers can only be obtained if they are paying for the service with the utility token, which they can obtain from any DEX where the token is listed. Same goes for the discounted healthcare related products offered by us, the goal is to create a flywheel effect within the eco-system. Subscribers and non subscribers will benefit from using the tokens over fiat currency. All products and services will be priced in USD and discounted prices in tokens. (USD -% discount / value of token = cost in tokens) With this mechanics it will create a demand for the utility token and offset any selling pressure from rebate recipients selling their rebate tokens. It will also make it possible to sell medical services like advanced surgeries or cosmetic surgeries to non subscribers in the US or from other countries at a lower cost when the facility isn't utilized to 100%.
